A prayer for Sri Lanka

Heavenly Father, we lift Sri Lanka and all its people before You.

Lord, let Your peace dwell throughout this beautiful island. Bring spiritual awakening, repentance, and renewed devotion to You. Strengthen churches, pastors, missionaries, and all who faithfully serve others.

Bring healing and reconciliation among ethnic and religious communities. Give wisdom to national leaders, provide for families facing financial hardship, and open doors of opportunity for children and young people.

Protect vulnerable people, comfort those who are suffering, and raise up men and women who will serve their communities with integrity and compassion. May Christians reflect the love of Jesus in their words and actions, and may the Gospel be shared with humility, courage, and grace.

Lord, bring hope to every community and let Your peace, righteousness, and truth flourish throughout Sri Lanka.

In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
