These awakenings remind us that revival is not primarily about large meetings or emotional experiences\u2014it is about prayer, repentance, the work of the Holy Spirit, transformed lives, and the spread of the Gospel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n One of the most significant periods of revival occurred in the early twentieth century, particularly around 1905\u20131906<\/strong>, when spiritual awakenings were reported in the Mukti Mission in Maharashtra<\/strong> and the Khasi Hills of Northeast India<\/strong>.
