PRAY FOR ISRAEL
Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem
Praying for Israel, the Middle East, Peace, Protection, and the Hope of All Peoples.
We invite believers around the world to pray for Israel and the entire region. Let us intercede for peace in Jerusalem, protection for civilians, comfort for grieving families, wisdom for leaders, humanitarian relief for those suffering, and a future free from fear and violence.
Pray for peace in Jerusalem and throughout the land. Ask God to bring an end to violence, protect civilians, and open paths toward reconciliation and a lasting peace that respects the dignity and security of all peoples.
Pray for Israeli families living with fear, grief, displacement, and uncertainty. Remember communities affected by attacks, military operations, and security threats. Pray for protection, healing, and wisdom in decisions affecting civilian lives.
Pray for Palestinian families in Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem. Ask for protection from violence, safe shelter, access to food and water, medical treatment, freedom from displacement, and opportunities to rebuild their lives in dignity.
Pray that food, clean water, medicine, shelter, and other essential supplies reach those in need. Ask for the safety of aid workers and medical teams and for humanitarian access that allows assistance to reach civilians promptly.
Pray for Israel’s government, national leaders, security officials, and decision-makers. Ask for wisdom, discernment, integrity, restraint, and decisions that protect civilian life and pursue a secure and peaceful future.
Pray for Palestinian leaders and leaders across the Middle East. Ask for responsible governance, rejection of violence against civilians, constructive dialogue, accountability, and commitment to a just and lasting peace.
Pray for the safe return of anyone still held captive, clarity for families searching for missing loved ones, and comfort for those grieving. Pray also for families on all sides who have suffered loss and trauma.
Pray for pastors, churches, Christian families, and ministry workers in Israel and the Palestinian territories. Ask for protection, spiritual strength, unity, wisdom, and opportunities to serve neighbours affected by suffering.
Pray for children affected by war, interrupted education, loss, displacement, and trauma. Ask for safe schools, emotional support, medical care, and opportunities for children to grow up with security and hope.
Pray for communities experiencing violence, displacement, restrictions, and loss of livelihoods. Ask for protection of homes and essential services, respect for human dignity, justice, and peaceful coexistence.
Pray for people affected by regional hostilities, including communities in Lebanon and neighbouring countries. Ask for restraint, diplomatic progress, protection of civilians, and prevention of further escalation.
12. Pray for Spiritual Renewal and Reconciliation
Pray for hearts to turn toward God, for compassion to overcome hatred, and for healing between divided communities. Ask that people from different religious and cultural backgrounds pursue truth, justice, mercy, and peace.
A Prayer for Israel and the Middle East
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in humility, lifting up Israel, Jerusalem, the Palestinian people, and the entire Middle East. Look with mercy upon every family affected by conflict, fear, grief, and uncertainty.
Protect innocent civilians. Comfort those who have lost loved ones. Bring strength to the wounded, hope to the displaced, and provision to those who lack food, water, medicine, and shelter.
We pray for hostages and missing persons, for their families, and for all who long for the safe return of their loved ones. Grant wisdom to national and regional leaders. Guide those working toward peace, justice, humanitarian relief, and reconciliation.
Strengthen churches and Christian communities throughout the region. Help believers serve their neighbours with courage, compassion, and humility.
Lord, turn hearts away from hatred and revenge. Help people recognize the dignity of every human life. May justice, mercy, truth, and peace prevail. Bring a future in which Israelis and Palestinians can live with security, dignity, freedom, and hope.
We pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for peace throughout the region.
